\u0130nsanlar, nefes alma kapasitelerinin sadece y\u00fczde 30’unu kullan\u0131yorlar. Yani ihtiya\u00e7 olan oksijenin ancak\u00a0 y\u00fczde 30’unu al\u0131yorlar. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenledir ki\u00a0 y\u00fczde 30 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, y\u00fczde 30 mutlu, y\u00fczde 30 huzurlu, y\u00fczde 30 ne\u015feliyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc nas\u0131l nefes al\u0131yorsak \u00f6yle ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu y\u00fczden sabahlar\u0131 yataktan yorgun kalk\u0131yor, \u00e7abuk hastalan\u0131yor, ya\u015flan\u0131yor ve g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e mutsuzla\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n

Nefes, ya\u015fam demek. Nefes yoksa ya\u015famda yok. Yemeksiz 30 g\u00fcn, susuz 3 g\u00fcn, nefessiz yaln\u0131zca 3 dakika ya\u015fayabiliyoruz. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu do\u011fru, tam, ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 diyafram nefesini kullanamad\u0131klar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ya\u015famlar\u0131nda huzursuz, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z, mutsuz, yorgun ve ne\u015fesizler…<\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece o duyguyu bask\u0131layarak kurtulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131z. Nefesimizi tutu\u011fumuz zaman ise, s\u00f6z konusu enerji h\u00fccrelere g\u00f6nderilerek bast\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n
