1- <\/strong>Psikoloji ve enerji\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ruhsal y\u00f6nden iyi olma halini mutlaka geli\u015ftirmek gerekiyor. Ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00f6neten en \u00f6nemli unsurlardan biri, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir psikolojidir. \u0130yi ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir psikolojinin anahtar\u0131 ise ki\u015finin kendisidir. O nedenle ki\u015finin ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki mutsuzluklar\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fcp, mutluluklar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctmesi gerekiyor. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00f6zverili ve toleransl\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131m tarz\u0131n\u0131 da ya\u015fama katarak, negatif d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden ar\u0131nmak daha kolay olabiliyor. B\u00f6ylece, bozuk psikolojik durumlarda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ve dengesiz yeme hali ile hareketsizlik de ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oluyor.<\/p>\n

2- <\/strong>Bedeni kullanmak\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Otob\u00fcs veya u\u00e7ak seyahatlerinde ayaklar\u0131m\u0131zda \u015fi\u015flik olur. Biraz daha uzun seyahatlerde ise, bu \u015fi\u015flikler t\u00fcm v\u00fccutta hissedilmeye ba\u015flar.
