1. DAHA UZUN VE SA\u011eLIKLI YA\u015eAYIN…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uyku ve sa\u011fl\u0131k aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131, gitgide daha anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r hale geliyor. Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 ve kalp ritmi, uyku s\u0131ras\u0131nda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck d\u00fczeydedir. Az uyku uyuyanlar\u0131n kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 genelde daha y\u00fcksektir. Hipertansiyon ile uyku aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131; uykusuzlukla kalp krizi, diyabet, kilo al\u0131m\u0131 ve di\u011fer problemler aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131ran di\u011fer ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutabilir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda iyi uyku, sizi hastal\u0131klardan da korur.<\/p>\n

Uykusuzluk, v\u00fccudun acil durum stres sistemini devreye sokar. Uykusuzluk y\u00fcz\u00fcnden v\u00fccutta bir\u00e7ok fizyolojik problem ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Yetersiz uyku, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini bask\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. 2. DAHA MUTLU VE DAHA AZ STRESL\u0130 OLUN…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kanada\u2019da yap\u0131lan bir ankette, 15 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerindeki Kanadal\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 25\u2019inin uykuya dalmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f. 3,3 milyon Kanadal\u0131n\u0131n uykusuzluk \u00e7ekti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f. Uykusuzluk sorunu olanlar, di\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re daha fazla stres hormonu \u00fcretirler. Uyuyamamak, strese neden olur. Bilim adamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re uyku; dikkat, \u00fcretkenlik, performans ve reaksiyon s\u00fcresiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak hepsi bu de\u011fil… Haf\u0131za problemleri, sosyal etkile\u015fimin azalmas\u0131 ve konsantre olmada zorluk, uykusuzluk ile ilgili olabilir. Yetersiz uyku epidemi\u011fi ile obezite epidemi\u011fi aras\u0131nda direkt ba\u011flant\u0131 vard\u0131r. Yetersiz uyku, kandaki leptin d\u00fczeyini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr ve ghrelin d\u00fczeyini art\u0131r\u0131r. Leptin hormonu tokluk, ghrelin ise a\u00e7l\u0131k hissetmenizi sa\u011flayan hormonlard\u0131r. Yetersiz uyku ayr\u0131ca yiyecek se\u00e7imlerini de etkiler. Karbonhidrat ve \u015feker d\u00fczeyi y\u00fcksek g\u0131dalar\u0131 yemek istersiniz. Bunun nedeni, uyku azl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ins\u00fclin hassasiyetini art\u0131rmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yetersiz uyuyanlar, bu nedenle tip 2 diyabet riski ta\u015f\u0131rlar. Bu nedenle daha fazla uyumal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Daha iyi uyuyarak hem \u015fekerli g\u0131dalar\u0131 tercih etmez ve hem de daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hale gelirsiniz.<\/p>\n
