Dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f bacaklarda yorgunluk pek g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. Genelde daha aktif olmak ve yak\u0131n yerlere y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye ba\u015fla\u015fmakla, sel\u00fclitle sava\u015fta ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fckt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n

2) Bol su i\u00e7mek\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Herkesin g\u00fcnde 3-4 litre s\u0131v\u0131 almas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu s\u0131v\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131 biraz art\u0131rmak daha da g\u00fczeli. B\u00f6ylece v\u00fccut sistemlerimizdeki toksinleri, metabolitleri, dokular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen t\u00fcm maddeleri uzakla\u015ft\u0131rabiliriz, idrarla atabiliriz. Dokular\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, v\u00fccuda giren veya v\u00fccutta olu\u015fan zararl\u0131 maddelerin yok edilmesi gerekiyor.
