Kayak Federasyonu taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen Alp Disiplini yar\u0131\u015flar\u0131na kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in Konakl\u0131\u2019da haz\u0131rlanan Asl\u0131 Nemutlu\u2019nun pistte d\u00fc\u015ferek a\u011f\u0131r yaralanmas\u0131 ve ne yaz\u0131k ki hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesinin ard\u0131ndan, kaya\u011f\u0131n nas\u0131l dikkat edilmesi gereken ve tedbir al\u0131nmazsa ciddi sakatlanmalara yol a\u00e7abilen bir spor dal\u0131 oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yeniden g\u00fcndeme geldi.<\/p>\n

K\u0131\u015f sporlar\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle kayak yaparken dikkat edilmesi gerekenler nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Her spor dal\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi spora ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce gerekli kas egzersizlerini yaparak \u0131s\u0131nmak gerekir. Is\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f kas ve ba\u011flar yaralanmaya a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. So\u011fuk havalarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen sakatl\u0131klar daha \u00e7ok kas ve tendon sakatl\u0131klar\u0131 oldu\u011fundan; v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 koruyan, r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve su ge\u00e7irmez k\u0131yafetler tercih etmelisiniz. Genelde d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 el bile\u011fi burkulmalar\u0131 ve eklem \u00e7evresi k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131 gibi basit sakatl\u0131klarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ancak ayak bile\u011fi ve diz yaralanmalar\u0131 \u00e7apraz ba\u011f, yan ba\u011f yaralanmalar\u0131n\u0131 beraberinde getiriyor. Diz yaralanmalar\u0131 basit bir menisk\u00fcs y\u0131rt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, daha ciddi ba\u011f yaralanmalar\u0131na kadar de\u011fi\u015fen boyutlarda \u00e7ok daha ciddi sakatlanmalara yol a\u00e7abiliyor. \u00d6zellikle spor s\u0131ras\u0131nda akut olarak kas gerilmeleri, y\u0131rt\u0131lmalar\u0131, eklem i\u00e7i ve \u00e7evresindeki ba\u011flarda kopma, eklem \u00e7\u0131k\u0131klar\u0131, k\u0131r\u0131klar g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi kronik yaralanmalarda k\u0131k\u0131rdak yaralanmalar\u0131 ve osteoartrit (kire\u00e7lenme) de g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n

Bu tip yaralanmalar i\u00e7in risk fakt\u00f6rleri nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00d6ncelikle bu tip yaralanmalar ki\u015finin yapmakta oldu\u011fu spora olan yetkinli\u011fine, e\u011fitimine ve tekni\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Kayak gibi teknik bilgi isteyen sporlara ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce mutlaka ders al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yaralanmalar i\u00e7in risk fakt\u00f6rlerini ise, \u00e7evresel nedenler ve bedensel nedenler olarak basit iki ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda toplayabiliriz.<\/p>\n

Spor yaralanmalar\u0131 sonras\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131 gereken ilk m\u00fcdahaleler nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spor yaralanmalar\u0131 ba\u011f y\u0131rt\u0131lmas\u0131, k\u0131r\u0131k gibi hastanede m\u00fcdahale ve tedavi gerektirebildi\u011fi gibi; \u00e7o\u011fu yaralanma da ki\u015finin kendi yapabilece\u011fi ilk m\u00fcdahale ile de rahatlat\u0131labilir. Tipik olarak bir\u00e7ok yaralanma sonras\u0131 \u015fi\u015flik, k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k, yaralanan b\u00f6lgede a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve \u0131s\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Yaralanma sonras\u0131 ilk yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken dokunun a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015fi\u015fmesini (\u00f6demi) \u00f6nlemektir.<\/p>\n

Buz veya so\u011fuk kompres uygulanmas\u0131: Hem a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n hem \u00f6demin art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemede yard\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. Burada \u00f6nemli olan buzun cilde direkt olarak temas ettirilmemesidir. Birka\u00e7 saatte bir 10-20 dakika so\u011fuk kompres uygulanmas\u0131 do\u011fru olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Kompresyon: Yaral\u0131 b\u00f6lge bandaj ile hafif s\u0131k\u0131ca sar\u0131larak uygulanabilir. \u00d6demin artmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemekte yard\u0131mc\u0131d\u0131r. U\u00e7 noktadan yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru sar\u0131larak uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Elevasyon: Yaralanan uzvun kalp seviyesine yak\u0131n hale getirilmesi \u00f6demin geli\u015fimini yava\u015flatacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130stirahat: Aktivitenin b\u0131rak\u0131larak istirahata ge\u00e7ilmesi iyile\u015fme s\u00fcrecini h\u0131zland\u0131ran \u00f6nemli bir etkendir.<\/p>\n

\u0130lk m\u00fcdahalenin ard\u0131ndan zaman kaybetmeden ortopedi-travmatoloji veya acil servis uzman\u0131 olan bir sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezine ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n
